Our Campuses
Primavera’s Candler Park and Kirkwood campuses offer vibrant, nature-based learning environments with expansive outdoor spaces and engaging classrooms.
Candler Park
Nestled in the heart of the neighborhood, our Candler Park campus is Primavera’s original home. It features a spacious garden, outdoor classroom, playground, and indoor learning spaces on the ground floor of the Old Stone Church.
Each class has its own dedicated garden bed, along with a pollinator garden, rain garden, and hügelkultur berm. The generous outdoor space allows students to spend most of their day outside.
Candler Park offers Toddler I, Toddler II, and Preschool programs, as well as Elementary Aftercare, with walking transportation from Mary Lin Elementary School.
Located across from the public park, many Primavera families choose to walk or bike to this campus.
Kirkwood
Established in 2023, our Kirkwood campus spans one acre and features class-specific garden beds, a greenhouse, pollinator garden, rain garden, hobbit house, and two playgrounds designed for different age groups.
The building is a bright, modern space with open layouts that allow for natural light and visibility into our classrooms. Kirkwood offers Toddler I, Toddler II, Preschool, and Kindergarten programs.
Centrally located, the campus is just half a mile from downtown Kirkwood, with the communities of Lake Claire, Oakhurst, and Decatur within biking distance. Situated two blocks from Pullman Yards, the campus is also adjacent to the PATH trail, providing easy access for families.
“We could not ask for a better fit for our two-year-old son. Primavera's focus on language and cultural exposure, music as part of everyday life, immersion in nature, and eating good food together, fits perfectly with what is important to us as parents. ”
